We pride ourselves on giving competitors the opportunity to secure an early entry into this popular event. But should your situation change and you are no longer able to take part, we offer a reasonable timeframe to withdraw or transfer your entry.
1. The full amount of entry fee will be refunded for anyone requesting withdraw up to 1 July 2017 (less 5% cancellation/admin fee)
2. If you need to withdraw from the event from 22nd July 2017 to 11.59pm 22 August 2017, the following withdrawal/cancellation fees applies:
3. If you withdraw after 12.00am 23 August 2017 onwards for any reason there is NO refund of any portion of the entry fee.
Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. The amount will be automatically refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration. If this card has since been cancelled or expired, please contact us
CHANGING EVENTS (Upgrading / downgrading / transferring)
If you wish to change events, you will be required to contact us in writing no later than 5.00pm Friday 23 August 2017 by contacting us of your intention. Please note the following:
Upgrading: You will be required to pay the difference between the entry fee you originally paid and the cost of the race you want to change/upgrade to.
Downgrading: You will be charged a $15 admin fee and then be refunded the difference between the entry fee you originally paid and the cost of the event you want to change/downgrade to (if the difference is greater than $15).
Transferring: If you are unable to participate and want to transfer your event to a friend/family member contact us
